For the brine:

½ cup melted butter

1 Tbsp. garlic pepper

1 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning

1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

For the sauce:

2 Tbsp. mustard

4 Tbsp. mayonnaise

1 Tbsp. minced parsley

1 tsp. smoked paprika

2 Tbsp. lemon juice

4 Tbsp. vegetable oil

2 Tbsp. horseradish

2 tsp. minced garlic

2 tsp. red wine vinegar

Instructions:

1. Preheat smoker to 250F and in a water tray combine the water, bay leaves and liquid shrimp boil.

2. Place shrimps in a disposable aluminum pan and drizzle with a fresh lemon juice. In a bowl combine the melted butter, Cajun seasoning, Worcestershire sauce and garlic pepper. Pour over the shrimps.

3. Place shrimps on a smoker middle rack and reduce heat to 225F.

4. Smoke the shrimps for 50 minutes.

5. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: in a food blender combine all sauce ingredients.

6. Process until blended thoroughly.

7. Serve smoked shrimps with prepared sauce.
